That is not dead which can eternal lie...

Just a little dev log

Hey, guys! How are you doing?
No, I'm not dead... Yet.
I don't even know if itch.io will notify you about this dev log. If it did, you're probably wondering "What is this? I have no memory of this place", and I don't blame you...

New projects ahead...

Why am I writing this dev log, you ask? Well, of course to let you know I'm not dead! I mean, I updated the game once after its release and then I just disappeared with all my projects and ideas.
I want you to know that I didn't just stop working randomly. I worked in some new project actually!
One of them it's already available here on itch.io for free, you can find it here. It's a little arcade game I made as a tribute for the moon landing 50 years ago.
The other project is currently in development, but I think hope that I will be able to finish it before the summer ends. I think I can safely say that I made like 40-45% of the work. It's a big project, actually, but I promise it will be a lot of fun!

About Like a Cat out of Hell!

It's been a while since the last update on this project, I know. The truth is: it's technically not dead yet. There's a cool feature on development right now, which will allow players to create levels and share their work with other people! The only problem is: there's no tutorial or anything to code a level editor on Godot, so I'm doing it all by myself... And it's a bit hard, you know.
But I don't want to give up just yet! I promise that I will work on it and sooner or later you will see this feature added to the game!

Miscellaneous

I'm actually starting to think that a Like a Cat out of Hell! 2 would be cool, but I don't know if I have enough material yet. I will update you in a future dev log.

I don't know if you noticed, but you can now donate on the games' pages! I managed to activate itch.io payments, so now you can support my work, if you like. Even a 0.1$ donation would mean so much for me!
Lastly, I finally customized my itch.io profile page. If you want to check it out, go to my page. You can also contact me if you want to work with me or just help me out. I actually have no idea if someone would like to do something like that, but I wanted to give you this opportunity.
Every project is a valid opportunity to learn something more!

Thanks for reading this dev log and, again, I'm sorry I disappeared!
And, of course, thanks for checking my games out!

With love, yours
Xecestel.
